OCC President
Devora Zack is a nationally
recognized expert in the field of leadership development. Her consulting,
networking strategies, seminars, corporate retreats, coaching, and
strategic plans consistently
result in improved productivity and morale.
Ms. Zack consults to dozens of diverse organizations in private industry,
federal agencies, and the public sector. Sample clients include:
America Online, U.S. Office of Personnel Management, International Monetary
Fund, DC United, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Governor’s Office (MD), Deloitte,
Internal Revenue Service, FEMA, ICF Consulting, Department of Homeland
Security, Low Income Housing Fund, National Association of Personal
Financial Advisors , numerous Federations,
Historically Black Colleges and Universities, and the U.S.
Department of Education. She worked internally at American Express
and WJLA-TV (ABC).
As program director and re-designer of OPM’s prestigious
Presidential Management Fellows Orientation, for three years she
led an esteemed
faculty in dynamic, innovative design, resulting in the highest evaluation
feedback in the program’s history.
Ms. Zack holds an MBA from Cornell University where she was a
full-tuition merit scholar. Her BA, magna cum laude, is from University of Pennsylvania's
Annenberg School for Communication. She is honored with active memberships in Phi Beta Kappa and Mensa.
She is a certified practitioner in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Her publication
Linking Personal and Professional Values currently appears in the industry’s
gold standard Pfeiffer Consulting Annual, where her work has
been featured as lead articles for three years. Ms. Zack has U.S. secret clearance.
Ms. Zack has also worked professionally as an investigative reporter,
emergency counselor, actress, and disc jockey in the U.S. and Italy.

OCC Associates
Steve Calandro focuses on
performance improvement, personal coaching, and management consulting. He
holds a Management/Marketing degree from New York University and is
certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator,
and Training Evaluation.
Denise Jenkins is an
executive coach and consultant who identifies and leverages strengths to
maximize leadership development. Her expert trainings stimulate effective
communication, address conflict, and build successful teams. She has an
MSW from University of South Carolina and is certified in the Myers-Briggs
Type Indicator.
Portia Lee's exceptional work
as a leadership consultant and coach spans North America, Europe, and
Asia. Integrating action learning and facilitation, she assists clients to
increase their professional effectiveness in team environments. She holds
a Masters of Science and focuses on enabling her diverse clientele to
reach their highest potential.
Kimberly Rattley specializes
in interactive training, integrating elements of theater. She focuses on
assessments, diversity, leadership, and coaching. She holds degrees from
Howard and Georgetown University and has a certification in Organizational
Development.
Jason Schwartz’s expertise in
facilitation, teams, feedback, and coaching has enabled thousands of
clients to exceed goals while building professional effectiveness. His
Master of Science in Organizational Culture Management/Industrial
Psychology and success as a national top producing salesperson have
resulted in dozens of successful training programs.
Peter Schwartz is a
leadership coach, helping organizations and individuals identify and reach
their highest potential. He has a Psychology degree and certification in
Leadership Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Dave Schoof is a trainer and
executive coach, with a focus in assisting leaders engaged in significant
organizational and personal change. He graduated from Northeastern
University and holds a Professional Coach certification.
Richard Tanenbaum applies his
PhD in Psychology to helping executives and organizations improve their
management practices, public relations, and organizational development. He works as both a coach and consultant.
Leslie Williams is an
executive coach and organization consultant with a focus on building
interpersonal competence in technical leaders. She has an MS in
Organization Development, a Professional Coach certification, and is
certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Emotional
Competencies Inventory.
